This page is maintained by the VSwipe team and describes the rules you agree to when using the platform. It is not a substitute for legal advice.

1. What VSwipe is

VSwipe is a marketplace where verified creators offer professional digital services to customers. Only lawful, non-explicit professional services and approved digital content are allowed on the platform.

2. Accounts

You must be 18 or older to use VSwipe. You are responsible for the security of your sign-in and for the activity that happens on your account. Sign-in is provided through Google or Apple; VSwipe never stores your password.

3. Creator applications and verification

Creator accounts are invite-based and require identity verification through an approved external provider. VSwipe does not store identity documents on its own servers.

4. Payments and revenue split

Creators keep 85% of the amount paid on every completed order. VSwipe retains 15% to cover payment processing, verification, customer support, and platform operations. Payment-processing fees, refunds, chargebacks, and applicable taxes are handled by the external payment provider and may reduce the amount received by either party. The full breakdown is displayed before every checkout.

5. Refunds and cancellations

Customers may request a refund through the booking's conversation before the service is marked delivered. Once a service is completed and accepted, refunds are at the creator's discretion. Chargebacks initiated with the payment provider follow that provider's policy.

6. Prohibited content and conduct

You may not use VSwipe for adult, explicit, dating, illegal, harassing, or deceptive content or conduct. See the community guidelines for details.

7. Termination

VSwipe may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Account page.
