Privacy Policy

This page is maintained by the VSwipe team and explains how we handle information on the platform. It complements, and does not replace, our Terms of Service.

What we collect

• Your email address and display name from Google or Apple when you sign in
• Messages, bookings, and reviews you create on VSwipe
• Basic technical logs (IP hashes, timestamps) used for security and abuse prevention

What we don't store

• Passwords — sign-in is delegated to Google and Apple
• Identity documents — creator verification is performed by an approved external provider
• Card numbers or payment credentials — payments run through an approved external processor
• Precise location — VSwipe does not ask for or store your location

Customer privacy on creator surfaces

Creators see customers by a pseudonymous handle (for example Customer #A1B2C3) — not by real name or email — until the customer chooses to share more in a booking conversation. Access-request approvals and invite issuance happen server-side, so a creator never sees a requester's email.

Data minimization

We collect only what a professional marketplace needs to work: sign-in identity, service listings, bookings, and messages. We do not sell your data.

Deleting your account

Sign in, open Account, and use the "Delete my account" action. Deletion removes your profile, roles, and messages. Audit records tied to completed bookings may be retained in an anonymized form for accounting and abuse prevention.
