How do I book a creator service?
Browse services on the Services page, open one that fits, and click Book. You'll see the full price and the creator's payout before confirming.
How does the 85/15 split work?
Creators keep 85% of every completed order. VSwipe keeps 15% to cover payments, verification, support, and platform operations. The breakdown is shown before every checkout.
How do I become a creator?
Creators are invite-based and verified. Apply on the Request Access page — approved applicants receive an invite code and complete identity verification before publishing services.
What if a creator doesn't deliver?
Message the creator through VSwipe first. If it isn't resolved, use the Report button in the conversation and our team will review the booking.
How are payments handled?
All payments run through an approved external provider (Stripe, Paymob, Fawry). Card details never touch VSwipe. Refunds follow each provider's normal policy.
How do I delete my account?
Sign in, go to Account, and use the Delete my account option at the bottom of the page.
